who wish to book a pitch at Churchill & Blakedown Fete

on Saturday 16th July

Due to a high volume of demand we would advise you to

contact us as soon as possible for an application form.

The closing date for applications is:

25th May 2011

Sucessful applicants will be notified by email by 1st June 2011

and fees must be paid in full by 30th June 2011.

Booking Fees: Basic Pitch Space: £20.00.

Basic Pitch Plus 6foot Table: £25.00.

Basic Pitch Space Plus Gazebo & 6 foot Table: £30.00.

Blakedown/Churchill Business Stallholders will

be eligible for a 25% discount.

Did you donate books, crockery, bottles, maybe even your time?
Did you come to the Churchill and Blakedown Fete on Saturday 19^th September? 
Maybe you bought raffle tickets, or came to watch the dancing or had a race on the Space Hoppers!

 We think the day was a great success!
We raised £1850, and were able to give 11 village organisations £159.
This was possible because of the organising team of people behind the scenes,
many volunteers who helped on the day and villagers who donated prizes, books and crockery.
If you came to the fete and hopefully enjoyed the sunny afternoon you supported us too.
So thank you everyone and here’s to Churchill and Blakedown fete 2010.

Churchill & Blakedown Village Fete Saturday 19th September between 2-5pm New venue: Blakedown Primary School! This year’s fete will be packed with activities and events, and you’re warmly invited to attend Boys’ Brigade Marching Band – Balloon Race - Step Up Bollywood dancers – Blakedown Primary School Choir – Tug of War - Karen Yeats School of Dancing – Fancy Dress and ‘Recycle Your Cycle’ competitions – Raffle – Photography Competition Stalls will include: Tombola – Book Stall – Children’s games and entertainments – clothing ‘swap shop – broken crockery stall - Beer Tent – BBQ – Tea, coffee and cakes Proceeds will be distributed amongst local community groups – full details will be published shortly after the event Contact villagefete@churchillvillage.co.uk I can help the Churchill & Blakedown Fete in the following ways (please indicate any which apply) Donate a prize for the raffle Donate a gift for the tombola Donate old crockery for the crockery smashing stall Volunteers to help on the day – putting up gazebos in the morning or helping on a stall in the afternoon
